is it insanity or just staying positive?

to just put a not-so-nice thought aside, or try to delete it from the brain.

cuz isn’t it OK to acknowledge emotions?

and what is it about -“thinking about the bigger picture” and reminding yourself that there’s Someone out there that’s bigger than all this- that makes you feel a little better?

is this just patience? is my trust developing?
