The Egg-cellent Egg!

If there’s anything that I’ve learned in the art of survival as a college student, it’s the importance of never wasting precious resources. Last week, one of my roommates was sitting at the dining table with a carton of eggs. She showed me a bowl with a cracked egg inside and asked me if I thought the egg was still okay. It looked okay to me, so I told her I thought it was fine. My roommate was concerned that she had too many eggs, and that they would go bad soon. Road Trip Weekend

This weekend I was able to get away for a few days at a women’s retreat, spending time with my mom and other lovely ladies. There were women of all ages, and I especially got to bond with a group of younger girls. I drove a full van all the way to Chico, California. Even though I had a lot to do, the retreat was definitely refreshing to have a break from the daily grind of school and life, which was something that I really needed. Convenient Cooking Hacks

Today’s post is about life hacks I have personally used and experienced in my kitchen.
