Honestly, I am amazed that I have been able to make it this far with my life hacks. It has definitely been a fun journey, and I’ve loved being able to try lots of tips and tricks that I otherwise would not have done if it weren’t for this blog. Would You Really Do This (Pt. 2)

Egg and Onion

I’m always on the lookout for life hacks that I want to try out for myself. I guess you can say I have some trust issues when it comes to things that I’ve found online, and that comes from previous experiences. If you want to know what I’m talking about, click here. There were no written instructions that came with this image, so all I had to go off of was the pictures. I’m assuming that this life hack is about cooking a perfectly round sunny-side up egg using an onion ring. Of course, I made sure that the egg I used wasn’t spoiled. Road Trip Weekend

This weekend I was able to get away for a few days at a women’s retreat, spending time with my mom and other lovely ladies. There were women of all ages, and I especially got to bond with a group of younger girls. I drove a full van all the way to Chico, California. Even though I had a lot to do, the retreat was definitely refreshing to have a break from the daily grind of school and life, which was something that I really needed. If there’s anything that I’ve learned, it’s that taking time to rest is a great stress reliever! Continue reading

No, I am not going to make a door out of floppy discs, a bookend out of bread, or share a new recipe for a potato chip sandwich… (But if anyone finds a way to make any of those happen, I’d love to see pictures of that!) But these random objects are actually the source of useful life hacks!
